USE IN & OUT OF KITCHEN – The carving fork is made of 300 series high nickel grade stainless steel. It is sharp enough to pierce any meat and can be used in the kitchen, while grilling or at the dinner table to serve the meat.
DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE - The handle on the carving fork is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but this handle is dishwasher tolerant.
