STAINLESS STEEL BLADES – The blades on the knives in this 3-piece kitchen knife set are made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel. They are hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge.
DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLES - The handles on the knives in the 3-piece kitchen knife set are comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but these handles are dishwasher tolerant.
